The History
1987 The Mark 1 .
The band was originally formed by John Holland , Brian James and Simon Tomsett to provide music at Pagham Yacht Club on an ad hoc basis (and for beer).
Paul Marley joined in on vocals , but was replaced by Kevin Garner , and the band went out as a four piece, gigging in places such as Portfield Football Club and Petersfield Leisure Centre..
Over the next few years various members of the Holland family came and went, Jerry Holland (Singer/Guitarist/Writer) and Jim Holland (Keyboards/Sax), and Terry Bartley joined on harp.
It was during this era that the band appeared in the infamous PYC video, copies of which can still be found on ebay!
In June 1994 the Mark 1 split up.
